Consulting sessions
All consulting sessions under ISH & CO are final & are non-refundable. These sessions are outlined as strategic sessions mixed with some executional work to get your business pointed in the right direction. We are not responsible for executing these strategies for you but you may hire us to do so for additional cost at any time.
Ongoing executional work
Executional work by ISH & CO can be cancelled at any time within a two weeks notice prior to the next billing cycle. For example, if you sign up with us on August 1st you must let us know you would not like to continue 2 weeks prior to September 1st. ISH & CO spends resources to plan ahead for you & this protects us from early cancellations once future preparations have already been put in place.
Service retainers are month-to-month. Once a month of service has ended, we do not offer refunds or retroactive fee adjustments for work performed during that month or earlier service periods. Depending on the circumstances, ISH & CO may, at its sole discretion, offer a full or partial courtesy refund for the final month of service.
Service lines, retainer fees, and focus areas
Service lines in all ISH & CO proposals and agreements describe the range of services available within the agreed scope. Each line is read in the context of the overall engagement. The listing of a service does not, by itself, establish a fixed quantity of work or an equal allocation of time, activity, or resources to that service.
The overall fee is inclusive of all services listed in the agreement, including general services and any specific deliverables, quantities, timelines, and commitments listed within it. Our focus areas, and the level of effort devoted to each service, are guided by the client's objectives, priorities, and requested areas of focus. The services listed within the retainer remain available to the client within the agreed scope.
Clients may request an adjustment to their agreement at any time. Any changes to the scope or pricing take effect once agreed by both parties in writing. Until an adjustment is agreed, the existing pricing remains unchanged and continues to cover all services listed within the retainer, including services receiving less focus or activity during a particular period. The choice of which service areas we focus on is at the client's discretion.
